- Any visitor feeling unwell or carrying a contagious illness must notify management before entry.
4. Conduct Within the Premises
- Visitors must behave in a professional and orderly manner at all times.
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Any action that may disrupt operations, compromise food safety, or endanger staff is prohibited.
5. Photography & Confidentiality
- Photography, video recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted by management.
- Visitors must not disclose or share any confidential, proprietary, or operational information observed during their visit.
6. Food Safety & Quality Compliance
- To maintain food safety standards, visitors must not touch products, machinery, or raw materials unless authorized.
- Personal food items are not allowed in production or processing areas.
7. Liability & Responsibility
- Jamdah Worldwide Ltd shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to visitors’ personal belongings.
- Visitors enter the premises at their own risk and must comply with all safety instructions.
- Any damage caused by a visitor to company property will be the responsibility of the visitor.
8. Emergency Procedures
- Visitors must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and safety instructions.
- In case of emergency, visitors must follow directions from company staff or security personnel.
9. Validity of Visitor’s Pass
- The visitor’s pass is valid only for the date and purpose issued.
- The pass must be returned to reception or security upon exit.
- Jamdah Worldwide Ltd reserves the right to withdraw access at any time without prior notice.
10. Right of Admission
- Jamdah Worldwide Ltd reserves the right to deny or revoke entry to any visitor who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
